It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction.

การลงโทษจะช่วยให้เด็กสามารถเเยกเเยะผิดถูกได้?
ข้อนี้มี 2 คำถาม
1. To what extent do your agree or disagree with this opinion?
2. What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children?
จากประสบการณ์การสอนที่ผ่านมา นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่จะตอบคำถามเเค่ข้อเดียว คือข้อ 1 ทำให้ได้คะเเนนไม่ถึง 7.0 หรือถ้าตอบข้อ 2 ก็ยังจะตอบไม่ค่อยตรงคำถาม
ทีนี้ให้เราเปรียบเทียบ Body A และ B ซึ่งจะต้องตอบข้อ 2 คือชนิดของการลงโทษที่สามารถสอนพฤติกรรมที่ดีให้กับเด็กได้
Body A
On the other hand, it will be more beneficial for the children who are punished when they do a bad thing and do not behave well, particularly if they do it twice. By human nature, people sometimes do not learn about their mistake or bad habit and young people are the same. They have to learn more from the punishment in case of doing the same twice or above. It will create fear in their mind and help them to remember better. By doing so, in the future, when these children grow up to be mature, they will not do in the society.
Body B
However, it does not mean that we should accept every kind of punishment. In my opinion, parents and teachers must avoid using punishments that are too severe since it will teach children nothing, but only provide them fear and hatred. Furthermore, there are many alternative punishments to tackle this issue reasonably. For example, if a child accidently breaks a neighbor’ windows, parents might ask them gently to wash his neighbor’s cars and cut their grass until it covers the cost of the windows, or a teacher might order troublesome students to work for society as the punishment of the trouble they made. By doing so, this can also teach them how to solve problem reasonably in order to make up for their wrong actions and lecture them about social responsibility.

เเต่ Body B จะอธิบายว่าการลงโทษแบบไหนที่สามารถสอนเด็กให้แยกเเยะถูกผิดได้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่โจทย์ต้องการ
